These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of digital download products made through the LightSpeed Spanish website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

All products sold are digital content delivered electronically (PDFs, downloads, online materials, or similar).

No physical goods are shipped.

  1. Prices and Taxes
  • Prices are displayed in EUR (unless stated otherwise)
  • VAT is applied in accordance with EU digital services rules, where applicable
  • The final price is shown before checkout
  1. Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe (card payments)
  • Google Pay

Payment is required in full before access to digital content is provided.

  1. Delivery of Digital Content
  • Digital products are delivered immediately or shortly after payment via download link or access instructions
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software are compatible
  1. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once:

  • The download or access has begun
  • You have given explicit prior consent
  • You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.

  1. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, no refunds are provided once access or download has begun, except where required by law (e.g. defective or inaccessible content).

If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

  1. Intellectual Property

All digital products are protected by copyright.

  • Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence
  • You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or publish the content
  • Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing
  1. User Responsibility

You agree not to:

  • Share login or download links
  • Circumvent security or access restrictions
  • Upload or distribute our content elsewhere
  1. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your device
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Nothing limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the EU.
